Part is the scenery.

Here is how you root chakra will benefit from the location

Located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor, and the first three vertebrae, the root chakra is responsible for your sense of safety and security on this earthly journey. It encompasses our stability, our foundation, shelter, and survival.

When we see someone reacting and living from this Chakra, with an excess of energy in this area, we may see someone who is very dictatorial and impatient. Their concerns are very deeply rooted in the material world.  Their worries cover areas such as money, possessions, control, and perfectionism. We may also see the opposite due to an energy block.  We will see the individual exhibit a lack of energy, a lack of drive, lack of support, a general under functioning .

The color of this chakra is red, it is the most saturated color, with a low and slow sound frequency.  The sense organ that corresponds to the first chakra is smell. While meditating, focus on the tip of your nose to help align the root and bring forth the qualities you need to balance your root chakra.

By hiking the majestic mountains and walking on the desert trails, you will re-establish a solid foundation to create a life full of joy.  An open root chakra allows you to feel safe and secure to open the chakras above.  Can you see how feeling safe and connected will help you BE your best self - however that shows up?
