Do you want to be in the 80% or the 20%?

Here it is...January 7th, 2016.  Think back to last week.  Remember, New Year's Day - the first day of 2016!!

Did you make a New Year's Resolution?  Maybe it was to lose weight, or get back into your skinny jeans, or eat healthier (10 servings of veggies a day), or to stay away from sweets (or cheese fries), or go the gym more...  Or, was it the same resolution about your relationships, or your career?

OR, did you just not resolve anything because you failed at it for years anyway, so why bother this year?

DON'T WORRY - I got you!   

First,  studies show that 80% of people give up on their New Years Resolutions by January 7th.  Every year, year in and year out, many people are walking around feeling like they are failures because they can't do what they resolved to do.  Wow, that can be depressing...

Second, I am here to help!
